I dont think such a thing really exists. I think an Ipod playing Apple lossless files with all eq and sound enhancements turned off is about the best your gonna find at the moment. Quality headphones/earbuds are the most important, since you want portability im assuming your not gonna go with a full sized headphone like the Senn. HD600, my favorites are the Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5pro which sells for around $225. The make two versions of these earbuds, the 5pro and 5eb. The Pro is for the highest absolute sound quality while the EB gives more bass while but isnt quite as detailed as the Pro. others to check out would be the Shure earbuds. Good luck
