1) These files vanished from any obvious/public site very quickly. It's probably possible to get them somehow, but you'll have to make an effort. The speed with which they disappeared indicates to some degree how serious the Lawyers are taking this.
2) The SB in particular only handles 44.1/48 sample rates, so streaming DVD-A material would only be possible if it wasn't hi-res to begin with, or else you downsampled it which would pretty much make the entire effort pointless. If you're using another server that can handle higher sample rates, then a ripped DVD-A track would just be another 96k (or whatever) file.
