Russian military 6C19PI or 6c19n-b output tubes, unobtanium ?

OTL, Output Transformerless Amplifier User Group.

One quick question, my just aquired TS T 16 OTL is presently carrying a compliment of the 6c19n-b output tubes, I did some relatively extensive eBay and Google searching for a source of either these or the standard spec. original equipment Russian military 6C19PI listed on the TS sites T 16 OTL description, all to no avail, apparently both of these types are virtual unobtanium ?
I was wondering if there is an alternative American, Military or British equivalent tube or different designation (for the same thing) that are available or any suitable alternative tube, or a source that you're aware of ?
BTW I just fired off my TS T 16 OTL and It is incredible :-) I am a happy camper !
