Atma-Sphere M60 MK2.III hum and noise question

OTL, Output Transformerless Amplifier User Group.

Without anything connect to the speaker except for the amp, I have some hum and some type of high pitch noise when the amp is on. Anyone has issue on hum or noise from M60 MK2.II or III amp? Anyway to tame the noise?
By the way I use it to drive my Merlin VSM-MX speaker.
