I am pretty sure Ralph said they were using 1 ohm in series with the caps in the output supplies. I also think he said they were only on the plus side of the caps, where as Paul had resistors on both sides. Yes, Paul was using a .51 and then .21 the rest the way to the output. This was several years ago when I talked to Ralph about that so you might want to double check with Ralph to be sure.

Lew, I am looking at the schematic on my M60's and I don't see a 1k ohm resistor in the output supply any where. Just exactly where are they located---off of what tube, etc. ?? I have a couple of 600 ohm resistors in series with the speaker outputs coming off the power supply caps. Is this what you are talking about ??
