Which pins are 1, 2, and 3 on MA1's

OTL, Output Transformerless Amplifier User Group.

I am using the RCA inputs on the MA1's. I have a hum, so I need to make a jumper. I used to have the pin placement picture, but now can't find it. When looking at the amps, which are which, and which do I jump together.
