I think it would work.The amplifier would see all three sections in parallel whether the impedance "fork" in the road is at the amp's output terminals or inside the speaker.
The one thing I'm not sure of is whether the autoformer in the circuit ahead of the low pass filter would modify the low pass filter's transfer function.
Unless someone more knowledgable and/or experienced than me clears it up, you might try doing an A/B test, with the autoformer on the low pass section of one speaker but not on the other.
