OTL, Output Transformerless Amplifier User Group.

I just received my 'AudioGon' M60 mk.II.2.
I purchased this unit as advertised: All three upgrades; power supply, capacitor, and resistors.
The unit is however the older style with the tubes all along the front, which isn't the issue.
Inside the amp there are: Nichicon, AudioCap, Dale, and IC TTAM parts. Are these in fact the upgraded parts.

As well, I did not receive the shorting pins. So, may I carefully stick a wire into pins 1 and 3?.
