I am a complete neophyte. I have two used M60MkII 's . I am ready to install tubes and attach to speakers. Where do I start? What goes where? How to set bias? Tube matching necessary? Is there a place or FAQ where this info is posted such that I may learn it ? Thanks very much in advance.
