Her (his?) name was mentioned elsewhere, and I e-mailed her (him?) regarding repair of my other tester, a Hickok U118B Cardmatic. Mine is not in working order. Kara was very gracious in supplying me with a number of helpful hints for trouble-shooting, and I expect to do business with her (him?) in future. Sorry, if my indecision regarding the gender of KC seems snide; instinct tells me that "Kara" is a women's name, but it could be a man's name as well. We never spoke on the phone. Anyway, this is a very nice person.
