The gain stage is a Differential Cascode with a Constant Current Source (CCF??.."follower") tail in the common cathode path.The cascode is biased from a fixed voltage.
All 6SN7s share the same heater supply.
The Tweaks you mentioned are for the Cathode Follower Driver Stage.
