Mark or Paul: question about upgrading resistors and Caps

Greetings
I see that The parts connection has a summer sale, and this is giving me the motivation to upgrade the resistors and the caps in my M60 MK11s and MP3pre amp.
I have done most of the other mods. and would like to know which resistors should I replace with Caddock and is it worth the trouble of doing so?
Parts connection also has 35% off Rel Caps. Would you recommned I install teflon?
