I firmly believe that the last thing to put a PLC on is the amps. First off, I think the M60s power supply is pretty decent, and I have noted that it is less affected by ac cords than other amps I've owned. The improvements were less compared to other amps I've put ac cords on. As well, I believe that you have to spend some $$$ on something that will do what you ask; all good, nothin' bad. Third, from what I understand, PS transformers on amps put noise on a circuit that impacts other equipment in the system. I believe its a good idea to use PLCs on cd players, preamps, phonostage etc, to reduce overall mains noise, digital hash from cd player, and noise from M60s trannies. Then, do the amps if required. Its hard to tell from your post if you want PLC ideas for the M60s as the first thing to do, or if you already have the line level equipment taken care of.
For the amps, some suggestions:
1) dedicated balanced lines
2) if still not satisfied, or unable to do No. 1, then I recommend Foundation Research LC2 inline PLCs. See Magnan.com (Tweaks for your System link, for mention of Foundation Research PLCs, and others ac tweaks in general). A certain AtmaSphere dealer has reported great success with these on the M60s. I have an line level rated Foundation Research LC1 on my phonostage and it does kick ass. As well, one ASOGer with M60s has reported good success with a Jon Risch inspired DIY PLC. I hope to hear this myself later this month, and maybe save some $$$. My approach isn't necessarily the best, but it does work. George's 'do the whole shooting match at once' approach might be an even better way to go. Or Mark Gilmores minimal dedicated lines might be all it takes. God, don't you hate having so many options? Anyway, I think AC is one of the most important parts of a system, right up there with room acoustics. Good luck.
