Hi MichaelThanks for your interest.
My Reflux Solo loudspeakers became an idea when I was doing an interview in Italy with the people of Sonus Faber for the Danish / Swedish hifimagazine called high fidelity I worked for. Had brought my wife so it could
be a vacation too. When I vere doing the interview at Sonus Faber they showed me their best models where they used some outstanding
loudspeaker units. Turned out they vere Danish and from a little Danish
company - odly enough situated only a few miles from where I live. When we came home I visited this company and was so intriqued by their high
manufacturing standard that i bought some units and made a prototype
loudspeaker. ( took a long time til I was satisfied )then a visitor - a
friend that also is a a hifi dealer heard them in my home and encouraged me
to work with the exterior design too. Now he´s is selling them. Not in great numbers
because they are expensive by Danish standards and many Danish audiophiles
often prefer American or British loudspeaker wich have been well reviewed in the big international hifi magazines. My Reflux´s have not.
But I assure you that they blow away most of the competition in the socalled Compact class.
In short they are very dynamic, plays like much bigger loudspeakers. They are very transparant in a way that makes them dissapear, the soundstage goes beyond the speakers actual placement. They can differentiate front and depth on good recordings. They are transparant and tonal authentic in a way that equals 2-3 times more expensive speakers from Madrigal and Wilson. They are vere detailed in a natural way so focus is on the music , not on the details. The loudspeaker units are the best I know of and crossover parts are state of the art too.
They have a sensitivity of 88 DB/ 1 watt but they have an easy impedanscurve and are easily driven by the M 60 mk.II in fact they sound their best with the M 60 mk.II
