Tip jacks look much like miniature version banana jack that are designed to accept probes from test equipment like DVMs.I don't have any good pictures, but I think you might get by without them. I drilled 16 extra 1/4 " diameter holes next to each 6AS7 socket, two per socket. With a bit of creativity, you can space them so that they look like an extension of the existing 1/4" diameter ventilating holes surrounding the sockets. Tip jacks have a very low profile from the top, so they're not too visible, unless you're looking for them. This is the real reason I don't have pictures. I have black chassis. The tip jacks are black too. They're almost invisible in the digital pictures I have. You'll also need to install two more tip jacks, I suggest red, for the the plus lead for your meter. They're only hooked up to two common points of all the 1 ohms resistors, so their placement isn't too critical. Install them where you find room, toward the middle of the amplifier chassis.
You can buy tip hacks from many places. Antique Electronic Supply, which has a link in the Links section of the ASOG page, is a good place. The part number is S-H260 for red and S-H261 for black.
There's a lot to be said for running your amplifiers in their full and upright position. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
