......."I have put a signal of 200mV at the entry of my M60, and I have modify the input signal frequency from 10 Hz to 30 KHZ in order to see the output signal amplitude. Is it normal to see the amplitude of the output signal decreasing from 1 KHZ to 30 KHZ?"......Be careful, it may not be the amplifier that is rolling off at high frequencys. It is common to have a signal generator and even more likely to have a voltage meter that is only accurate up to 20kHz.
