The Carver Amazing Platinum MK IV's are a fine
match for the MA-1 MK II. The impedance of
the "CALS" does not drop eight ohms at any
audio frequency. The transparency of the 60"
inch ribbon is a real pleasure in this world of
dynamic speakers and the four 12" woofers per
side shake the house. No subwoofer is needed.Best regards,
