Yup. He will be missed. One of the few able to make this crazy science behave. He combined theory with practise; and vice versa.
One of my ex-girlfriends sang on the Delos/Andrew Litton CD (Moscow Cantata). It was an exemplary recording and captured her voice beautifully and naturally. Definitdly worth hearing this CD and then going to Dallas Symphony hall to hear it live. But look for his other
