i think you should build local.. and watch while it is being built..
in addition to the obvious flare and size dimensions, you should consider the amount of bracing and thickness at build time. after a horn is built it is too late. for my tastes, assuming a 800-80 horn flare i would try 3/4" thickness; for a 200-80 horn, i would go about 1" to 1.5" thick. I would create a fillable-pocket behind the horn flare. my inclination would be to fill with plaster (onto a webbing of some sort -- so it could be reversed). but the pocket would allow you to experiment with other damping material.. damping effectiveness seems to vary with frequency.
by the way, if you do go with bruce edgar 80hz fronthorns, it sounds much better damped in the sub200 region... but damped they weigh over 150 pounds each. above note reflects only my experiences and impressions only; yours may be different.
