I have most of the RCA system used for the Fantasound project. Amplifiers and speakers. And just a few days ago I found a copy of the 1957 Buena Vista (Disney) three album release of the soundtrack, original and conducted of course by Stokowski. Unfortunately, its not very good, dark, and veiled. But having recently put together a really smash up projector system and screen right between the RCA horns, I have to say I am greatly looking forward to actually watching Fantasia itself with the RCA system that was used for audiences 67 years ago.
By the way, how many other folks here are using their two channel horn systems for HT? I'm really loving it. The incredible detail and dynamics of a big horn system make most movies far more engaging than what I am experiencing in commercial venues today.
