The bass response falls off fast in an OB so you need the extra output to compensate . I ran 2 and crossed one in at 300hz @ 6db . that worked well in my room. The first tweeter I used was a Sequerra ribbon crossed in at 1600. That was a little too high so I got a Radian 1.4" in a waveguide from Parts Express @ 1k. I would not use a heavier cone as it will screw up everything good in the driver.
