Glue for Deflex

Need speakers that can rock with just one watt? You found da place.

Hi everyone. Madisound recommends Weldbond for this jellied rubber but I've got Goop. Deflex has a very soft, almost mushy consistency and feels slimey even after washing. What works for you? Or more importantly, what doesn't work? BTW I just received my back ordered Deflex so they probably have some in stock now. They're almost always out. Thanks!
