Advice needed, swap Fostex 208ESig for 206ESR?

Need speakers that can rock with just one watt? You found da place.

I have been thinking of swaping my Fostex 208ESig for a 206ES-R for over a year now. I called Madisound this week and found that they have only 10 pairs left. The 206ES-R was a limited production run and won't be repeated, so it is now or never. The speakers are to be used on an open baffle over a rather limited frequency range of 150Hz to 2500Hz. The higher frenquencies are produced by a Raven 2 ribbon unit.
The question: would there be a signifient improvement in the sound with this change?
