So a higher Vas is not a bad thing with a Karlson? I heard the opposite - that I should try to find a 15" driver with a low Qts, low Fs, Xmax of ~3mm and the smallest Vas possible. The drivers I opted not to use had an Fs of 20 hz, Qts of 0.24 and Vas of 28.23 cubic feet. Would these have been suitable after all?My K15s are pretty sturdy. Looking back, I would have done them a little differently, but I am still pretty happy with them and I haven't even gotten to installing extra bracing yet. All of the outer panels are heavily glued and screwed together.
