I have no experience using or purchasing any 10-inch driver.
Once I contemplated a project using a pair of JBL 2123's but never followed through. The 2123 have a lower effective limit of 200hz not the 100hz you were seeking.

Not true.
I wouldn't hesitate to include in your list McCauley. Their stuff is precise and bullet-proof. Used some of their 15-inch drivers and was impressed. Expensive nowadays but used ones can be found sometimes on auction sites.
