It's a top of the line Lowther horn designed by Stuart Hegeman (later of Harman Kardon fame). Takes a single PM4A, horn loaded front and rear. There's a guy selling copies of the plans on eBay right now for $60. I bought them, but mostly out of curiosity. Not sure when/if I'll ever get around to actually building them. Word is they're supposed to sound amazing. That's coming from Haden Boardman, who's heard a few Lowthers and ought to know.
