G.Th earlier drivers were rated with 1 milliWatt @ 30 ft.. Hi-E regular DJK suplied the following conversion procedure: add 30 dB for 1 Watt, and add 19.216 dB for 1 meter. The EV Super Sonex (non-phase plug) drivers came in two versions: the T35 (rated at 56 dB); and the T35B (rated at 52 dB). As a check, EV spec'd the T350 at 107 dB@1W/1M, and by it's earlier rating (60 dB RETMA) it comes out to 109.22 dB by the conversion. Don't forget that the earlier drivers were 16 Ohms while the later ones were 8 Ohms, which adds a tad more uncertainty to comparisons. See link for some old EV catalogs.
