Greets!No, since a tube amp combined with a passive XO did it in the way they interacted with the driver's VC, plus they typically had adjustable DF to further shape its response if desired. When vanishingly low output impedance SS amps became the norm they were slow to offset it in the XO or with a separate add-on filter, so by the time they did with the M-19, 9846 and others, it was too little too late to regain any of the lost market share.
