A different cone or CSA (Cone + Surround Assembly) + a different Suspension (Spider / Damper), both of which will be changed during reconing will alter the resonant frequenct & thus the impedance curve of the driver.
But this will only make a small almost negligible difference to the driver's impedance.
What you will also change during reconing is the voice coil. The coil's DCR & Inductance are the main factors that affect the driver's impedance rting.
