Hi
I have read a lot about single drivers and I would like some advice as to what diy mid-size budget project could give me a good taste of this approach. I have seen a lot of fostex drivers based good projects but almost all that drivers are not current available on the market. Some others project I have read
- Hammer Dynamics Super 12,
- Lowther usa Ambience 2.8 bass reflex enclosure which uses a second driver on the top of the cabinet.
- HempconeTransmission line, Back horn loaded, bass reflex, open baffle is very hard to decide which one without listening.
So, a little help would be great.
I like natural and real midrange, I listen to a very variety selection of music from 60s psychodelic to progressive rock to jazz and some classical, mostly I like voices.
Then, I would like to choose a SD project that can show me the SD virtues mostly on the midrange/voices.
Thanks
