It's the same as for speaker level crossovers, just scaled in impedance.Speaker coils are usually less than 0.4 ohms, for use with 8 ohm speakers. That's 20:1, so a 200 ohm coil should operate at 20*200=4000 ohms or greater. 3 henries is 4000 ohms at 200Hz, so that's the lowest frequency for a 200 ohms / 3 henry choke without giving serious thought to the resistance.
