Looks like signal into your ADC has gone beyond its maximum range so the digital out reaches full-scale and cannot go beyond. This cannot be recovered in the digital domain so you must re-rip. If you have variable gain between your phono preamp and ADC then turn it down a bit until there is no red or if the ADC has switchable sensitivity then reduce that. Scratches/clicks can also create clipping that you can get rid off using a de-clicker because the music there is lost anyway due to the scratch and they are of short duration so you don't notice the gap post removal. If you've never seen this before it maybe that this disc is cut especially hot.

My set-up is such that I have only seen two clips on any of the rips I've made (both in one 12" single where signals can be hotter) and, generally, the levels I see are in the -2dBFS to -12dFS range for peaks. I have two 6dB gain steps in my phono pre-amp, normally I run at max gain so I have some margin to reduce for hotter cuts.
