Most listeners who don't have an axe to grind find these discs to be enjoyable, and the transfer to SACD to have been done well. The reviews on sa-cd.net have been positive, and deservedly so IME.Prior to their release, there were numerous predictions that the discs would sound bad, but this has not turned out to be the case.
If you are a 2ch only listener, and have pristine examples of the albums on vinyl, the major compelling reasons to buy these discs would probably be to get them on a more convenient and less fragile format. If you are not a vinyl user, the compelling reason to get these is that the 2ch portion of the SACDs sound better than the earlier CD versions (including the 1990s remasters).
If you are a multi-channel listener and a Moody Blues fan, you should have already bought them :-)
