Problem with C5XE...Please advise...anyone from Ayre

I have had the Ayre C5XE player for 7 mos (got my player last summer). I have only had two incidents happen:

1)Last night, while playing an SACD, in the middle of a song, the player stopped. I played the song again and it continued. No problems anymore.

2) 2 mos. ago. I wanted to fast forward a track (using redbook cd), the player displayed "STOP" as if I reached the end of the cd. But that was not the case.

Incident 1, the only way to explain this, I was swapping powercords from the cd player and Nordost Thor power conditioner. Incident 2, have no explanation.

Is there any reason to be concerned about this? Any input appreciated
