Er, what's an RMS number? I was fortunate in having the sales receipt (my XA777ES came from Oade too). Maybe they still have a record of the sale. It would be worth contacting Oade, especially since the unit is (or mine was) under a five-year warranty, so it cost nothing to fix except the shipping cost to Laredo.
