FYI....SignalPath and Musical Fidelity have a TriVista SACD policy in place that seems to work very well for our customers......mainly because it is very fair and generous. (not at liberty to talk about it here, but just know that most of the people we deal with concerning the problem are thrilled with the solution)I can't speak for HK, but know that the distributor there is very experienced and capable. We have a different situation here in the US as we offered a 2 year guarantee for first time owners. There aren't many in-warranty units left, but those few obviously don't pay.
