... I was constantly getting slammed personally by a small handful of people who couldn't tolerate opinions that differed with their own. Why bother?As another poster suggested, I think a lot of people who want to discuss the music and the recordings rather than the gear have moved on to review sites rather than dealing with rude, hypercompetitive trolls or anal-retentive gearheads looking for an argument.
