Home Hi-Rez Highway

New high resolution SACD releases, players and technology.

Nope.

The Stones discs were subsidized by Sony a few years ago. They have bigger things to worry about these days besides subsidizing a niche audiophile formate.

There was only one SACD pressing made. These carried no "SACD" label on the outside packaging, and were quickly supplanted by standard (re-mastered) CD's. You were lucky to find some. I don't know how many are left.

The only chance for a high-res release of the other Stones discs would be through a re-issue company like Classic Records. The problem is that Sony gets a bit possessive about their back catalog and won't always release the rights.
