But we still listen to them daily and are spiritually nourished by them each day.SACD may be dead as far as mass culture is concerned, as are these great composers and musicians who bear no relevance for 99.999% of listeners.
But SACD continues to bring to life their timeless and prophetic music for devotees each day.
It is NOT the message (or medium) that is dead but the hearer who hears not.
