C.B., good to know that your issues are resolved. Can you kindly let me know the following:
1. How many days did SWT take to fix the unit and get back to you?
2. How did the sound change after the fix?
3. Are you able to play CD-Rs on your unit now?
4. Is the TOC faster now?
I own this unit (Mfg: Aug 2005) and it has problems with 3 CDs till date, of which, 1 is the Alison Krauss - New Favourite SACD.Thank you for providing the information and the link.
