Although bringing SACD to Playstation will make it more visible, the hacking possibility increases greatly! And I thought Sony wanted to keep SACD away from computers & similar equipment so that it is difficult to hack!
Although open systems often flourish better than closed systems (the internet would not have been so popular if it was not open), once it is hacked, companies will loose an important reason to release music on SACD.
