said the SA 8400 @ $1000 US is the replacement and improvement. Do you people own the piece (8260) and know how it sounds? I listened to a DV 7600 there, and it was quite nice new out of the box. On BAT pre tubed, BAT SS amp driving Audio Physic with MIT wires and AQ ICs.
