Also I am puting together a form to get more detail on the nature of the problem, what was repaired or replaced, how long the repair lasted until it had to be repaired again, etc. I will also be gathering information as to make and model numbers. And just as important I will be asking for make and model numbers of SACD players at least two years old that never had a problem with Hybrid CD/SACDs.Teresa
