New high resolution SACD releases, players and technology.

I had a $700+ moded Philip 963SA went silent last night! Rich's answering machine told me it is full and unable to fit in another message. Well before I try again, I have been doing some research for a new unit and come up with the Pioneer DV-59AVI and Danon DVD-2910. My major activity with it is two channel SACDs and redbooks; i don't evern have a TV in my listening room. Please give recommandations on this two. Also, open suggestions on a good basic two channel audio sacd/cd or cd players under $1000. I will keep this one stock and no mod this time! Your help is greatly appreciated.
