I saw this today at the Fry's in Tempe, AZ. It's the first SACD-capable "executive" system I've seen that's actually readily available in the U.S. The only other one I've uncovered was a Sony made for the Euro market.$399 asking price. Looked and felt quite substantial, with a level of refinement similar to the JVC microsystems. I wish I'd had a disk to play.
Anyone heard this model, or know how long it's been around? I can't be a BAD sign if SACD is beginning to be included in non-audiophile items like this!
