What to expect?.....bad service on faulty products

Marantz stiffed me for repair of my SA-1's display while it was still under warranty. The person in charge of customer warranty issues for Marantz USA, Sue Kubiak, repeatedly made empty promises an the rare occasions I actually got through to her, but she didn't deliver. She then just refused to answer my calls and emails for the final months of my warranty. Needless to say, I'll never buy another Marantz product. Oh, and my player was in for warranty repairs four times prior to that......good luck!
