Sony STRDA7100ES and Denon 3910

I'm strongly considering getting the mentioned receiver for it's digital amplification and also iLink interface for SACD and DVD-Audio.

Has anyone had any experience or know of anyone (or even heard of anyone) who has successfully connected this receiver to a Denon 3910 via the IEEE1394 interface?
