DVD-Audio or DVD-A, with a hyphen, is the hi-rez format. DVD Audio, without a hyphen, is simply any old audio that is on a DVD.Sure it's confusing, but no more so than the several different configurations of DVD-A, that only approximately 300 people in the US understand.
It's clever marketing strategy if deliberate.
