Seriously Fred, I can see where you're coming from. I have written my review in the context of my own system. All my reviews were written like that. I compared against previous iterations. I cannot recall ever saying that my Sony was the best there was. I have heard much better. And I have heard worse. In a previous discussion I already told you that I concede without hesitation that the XB940 has its inherent limitations. I am happy with the level it has reached now - I never expected it to perform this well. Maybe there is more in it. Maybe not. There are better platform out there now for sure. The journey is the destination indeed.Cheers,
