too much of the bass goes to the center. My main speakers are slightly better at reproducing and handling the bass; I wish the person who does the MC mix realizes most real-world homes do not have decently matched center speakers.OTOH, I'd rather they don't hold back on sending bass to the rear channels; In the absent of multiple subwoofers, I would think full-range in the rears can provide a better overall system bass response "balance" (for lack of a better term).
